Shipping Policy

1. Processing Time

  • All confirmed orders are processed within 2–3 business days.

  • Made-to-order or customized sarees may require additional time, which will be communicated at the time of purchase.

  • Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeline

  • Domestic Shipping (within India): Orders are usually delivered within 5–7 business days after dispatch.

  • International Shipping: Delivery time may vary between 10–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs clearance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Within India: Free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹X, standard charges apply for COD and smaller orders.

  • International Orders: Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email or SMS.

  • You can track your shipment on our logistics partner’s website until it reaches you.

5. Packaging

  • All sarees are carefully packed to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.

  • For gifting requests, please mention at checkout, and we will provide special packaging (additional charges may apply).

6. Delays

  • While we strive to deliver on time, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as courier delays, customs inspections, or natural events.

  • Aayushi Creations will not be held responsible for such delays but will assist in tracking and updating you.

7. Incorrect Address

  • Customers are requested to provide complete and accurate shipping information.

  • Aayushi Creations is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
